Dangers of Obesity

Often eat food that's a lot of calories but rarely even hardly ever do any sports? Beware of obesity attacking you! Did you know that overweight caused by calories can lead to obesity that can invade the safety of the soul? Obesity is a condition that results from the buildup of fat in the body.

Obesity can affect toddlers, children to adults who fail to maintain a healthy pattern of life. The various effects of obesity that you should avoid, among other things:

1.  Heart disease
One of the principal dangers of obesity is that it can cause heart disease or may include insertion of the heart.
Obesity can trigger high cholesterol and triglycerides levels. Even this obesity may also reduce good cholesterol that plays an important role in reducing the risk of heart disease.

2.  stroke
Another danger of obesity is stroke. This is because of the factors of inflammation that occur because the buildup of excess fatty tissue inhibits the flow of blood, thus causing the risk of stroke.

3.  diabetes
Basically, the leading cause of diabetes is not known. However, there are several factors that can increase a person's risk of developing various kinds of diabetes, including type 2 diabetes that is a complication of obesity.
The fact is, obesity is believed to increase 80-85% of the risk to type 2 diabetes. That is, those with overweight are 80 times more likely to develop this type of diabetes than they are to an ideal weight.

4.  High blood pressure
Increasing body size has also been shown to increase blood pressure. This is true because the heart automatically has to pump harder blood through the body. If the complications of obesity are not preventable immediately, there will be many potential dangers and serious health problems, such as heart disease and stroke.

There are other effects of obesity that can occur in the body, and therefore maintain good health and patterns of life.
